Our guiding principles
Relationships with our clients are built on trust, which we have earned over many years.
We are proud to be Chartered Financial Planners
This is the industry’s gold standard for firms of financial planners. It confirms that we have satisfied rigorous qualification criteria by retaining highly-qualified staff who subscribe to the membership conditions of the CII.
It also involves a commitment to continuing professional development and adherence to an industry standard Code of Ethics.
When you use a Chartered firm you are dealing with proven professionals. The CII is empowered by the Privy Council to award Chartered status, and the award is only made in deserving cases. And while Chartered titles are steeped in history, they remain the benchmark of professional excellence and integrity.
Only the UK’s premier financial planning firms qualify for Chartered status. If you wish to know more about how using a Chartered firm can ensure you get the best possible advice, service and support, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We feel confident our relationship will be of value to you. This value comes partially from peace of mind as well as improving your financial affairs.
The initial telephone calls and our first meeting are held at our expense. This gives both of us time to explore if and how we might work together, without you incurring costs to do so.
As well as covering your expectations of us and an overview of your circumstances in the first meeting, we will also provide you with an explanation of our services and fees as well as what you should expect to gain from working with us.
How do we get paid?
Our independence of ownership means we can only work for our clients. Naturally this means that only our clients can pay us. Transparency and clarity is vital to a mutual relationship of trust, as a consequence we offer a fee-based service which helps to reassure clients that we only provide impartial advice i.e. we do not take commission.
